Context

The Fédération Française de Tennis (FFT) partnered with Six Degrees to elevate the guest journey. We designed and delivered premium Valet Services for guests attending the Roland-Garros 2025 tournament.

The objective was clear: provide an exceptional arrival and departure experience, reflecting the prestige and excellence associated with the French Open. Beyond service delivery, the mission focused on the strategic collection of operational data and the identification of new opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.

This pilot project marked a key step towards modernising guest mobility operations at Roland-Garros to ensure smarter, more efficient service delivery in future events.

What we did
  • Delivered premium valet operations throughout the tournament, offering a seamless, high-quality service to all VIP guests.
  • Developed detailed operational plans, covering vehicle flow, parking management, staffing, and guest communication.
  • Collected and analysed mobility and service data to provide FFT with actionable insights for future planning.
  • Worked closely with FFT operations and guest services teams to ensure smooth integration with broader event logistics.
  • Produced a comprehensive post-event report summarising operational performance, service feedback, and strategic recommendations for the following tournament.
