Even with meticulous planning, unforeseen incidents can disrupt event operations and impact network users. Responding effectively to incidents minimises disruption both to event participants and background users. We have world-leading expertise in the design and delivery of transport command, control and coordination facilities.
Most recently we led the development of the state-of-the-art multi-modal, multi-agency Regional Transport Coordination Centre (RTCC) in the West Midlands. We subsequently help to prepare and mobilise the RTCC for the Birmingham Commonwealth Games.
This success didn’t come overnight; we had previously been involved in the development of similar facilities for the London 2012 Olympics, the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games and in both the Liverpool and Manchester City Regions.
We have also designed and operated the Fleet Operations Centre for the prestigious Wimbledon Championships, a facility we strive to improve year after year. We can bring these learnings to your event.
